Back in 1996, I got into this whole Internet / online / 'e' / digital marketing malarkey because I was a marketer ... and I've been kicking around in it as practitioner, trainer, consultant, advisor, researcher or teacher ever since.
I have also written thirteen books on the subject. In some folk's opinion, that makes me an expert. I beg to differ. I might know a bit more than most ... but not as much as some others.
